What's the difference between free and paid reveals?
Free reveals unlock the conference name, CFP link, website, description, watchlist, and reminders. Paid reveals add travel coverage details. New accounts also get 1 free AI proposal and 1 free angle finding use. When you buy your first credit pack, any active free reveals auto-upgrade to full paid access.
What happens to my free reveals when I buy a pack?
When you buy your first credit pack, all your active free reveals automatically upgrade to full paid access. You’ll see travel coverage details and can use AI tools on those conferences - no need to spend credits to re-access them.
How are conferences verified?
Every conference is researched and verified by us. We confirm travel coverage policies, deadlines, and submission requirements when a conference is added to our database or shortly thereafter. We update conferences continuously as we receive new information.
Do reveals expire?
Revealed conferences stay accessible while the event is still upcoming, and anything you save from a reveal - proposals and talk angles - stays in your account even after the conference is over. Once a conference’s date passes, it’s automatically removed from your watchlist if you had added it there. Unused free reveal slots on your account don’t expire - new accounts start with 3, and you can earn more through referrals.
What happens to next year's edition of the same conference?
Each edition is a new opportunity with different dates, locations, and possibly different travel coverage. Each requires a new reveal credit.
How do proposal and angle credits work?
Each credit pack includes fixed amounts of reveal, proposal, and angle credits. Spend proposal credits to generate AI proposals for conferences you’ve revealed. Spend angle credits to use angle finding for any conference.
Can I get a refund?
Within 7 days of purchase, if no paid for reveals have been used. Once you’ve revealed conferences, packs are non-refundable since you’ve accessed the underlying value.
What if I don't find conferences I want to apply to?
We add new conferences and CFPs often, and major conferences cycle annually with new editions. Your weekly briefing email surfaces matches based on your speaker profile.
What if a conference's information changes after I reveal it?
We update conference data automatically. Your revealed conferences always show the latest details - no need to re-reveal if dates or locations change.
Are credits transferable between users?
No. Credits are tied to your account and cannot be transferred or shared.
Do I submit the proposal myself?
Yes. Cuefolio helps you find conferences and generate tailored proposals, but you submit each one yourself through the conference's own CFP system.
Is there a subscription?
No. Cuefolio is pay once. You buy a credit pack and use the credits at your own pace, with no recurring charges.
